My husband & I listed our home for sale with a realtor. We had our first open house on a Sunday. We had a couple interested in our home the same day. We had some step cracks with our basement walls. The couple asked us about the step cracks and said if this was not a problem they were interested in writing an offer.
My husband & I told our realtor that there was no foreseen problem. The basement looked that way when we purchased the house, 12 years ago. We decided to take this matter one step further and seek a basement specialist's advise. We were shocked to find out that there was a problem with our basement walls. So we sought estimates to repair our walls in our basement. After searching, we decided to hire Mr. Haase to repair our basement walls. We were so pleased that he was able to start the job in a short time.
We explained to Mr. Haase that we needed to get this job done as soon as possible, so we could get our home back on the market. We are building a new home and needed to sell our home as quickly as possible. My husband & I were very upset when we had to take our home off the market to fix this problem. Mr. Haase made our life so much easier! His prompt service, expertise, and all his knowledge made everything so relaxing that we had no more worries.
